The board.

What it is

Every registered Premier League player, ranked by value over replacement for a snake draft. It is the same board the tool exports every time it rebuilds, whether you are looking at the public snapshot at /board or your own signed-in copy on the hub.

What to do with it

1. Sort by VORP first. It is the column that already accounts for your league's size, so the top of the list is the draft order that matters, not raw projected points.
2. Filter by position when you are deciding between two names at the same slot in your squad.
3. Expand a row (tap the arrow next to a name) to see the working: raw and shrunk points per 90, projected minutes, the availability factor and the tier.
4. Treat a ? tier as a real answer, not a missing one. It means the model has too little evidence to grade the player, not that he is worthless.
5. Come back after the official draft list is published. The FPL order column fills itself in and shows you exactly where the two orders disagree, which is usually where a draft is won.

What every number means

Full definitions, with the reasoning behind each one, are in the glossary. In short: VORP is the projection minus what a replacement player at the same position would score. Tier is a grade inside the position, S to F, with ? for too little evidence and X for a player who has left the league. Points per 90 and its shrunk version feed the projection. Availability factor is a fitness discount. Finishing luck flags a gap between realised and expected output and never changes a ranking.

One number on the public snapshot is specific to one league: replacement there is set for an eight-team league, because that is the league the snapshot was built from. In a bigger league the replacement player sits deeper, so the gaps narrow. Your own invite-only room computes replacement for your own league size instead.

What it does not do

It will not tell you what other managers are drafting: this tool sees one league, and a global number we cannot measure would be an invented one. It will not fill a blank with a guess: a player with too little evidence sits in the ? tier and says so. It does not assume your league's squad size, squad shape, team count or scoring format; those are settings you choose, not something the board decides for you.

When it is wrong

The board is a snapshot, not a live feed. It is only as fresh as its last rebuild, and the page always states that build's age; treat a stale build with extra scepticism the closer you get to a real draft. Every projection is a projection, not a result: it is most likely to be wrong for a player who changed club, returned from a long injury, or has too few minutes on record for the shrinkage to have settled.
